With Fran only expecting an extremely intimate ceremony on the beach of about 10 people, the tears immediately started flowing as she approached the beach. Standing along the shore was a group full of her closest family and friends with her college sweetheart standing under the most beautiful tropical arch waiting to say I Do to forever. This was the sweetest day celebrating their civil marriage filled with happy tears, tropical vibes, lots of dancing, and oh yeah donuts!
